O sétimo photoshoot foi inspirado nos 7 pecados capitais e cada garota tinha que representar um. Neste ensaio as garotas tinham que posar dentro de um caixão em uma cova.

No sexto photoshoot as garotas posaram para uma propaganda de lingeries, nesse ensaio elas tinham que se mostrar desinibidas só de roupas íntimas e interagir com o modelo masculino.
Uma curiosidade desta quarta temporada é que a maioria dos ensaios têm participação de outros modelos, coisa que só aconteceu uma vez em cada temporada anterior.
Este espisódio foi o melhor de todas as temporadas, principalmente quando os juízes decidem eliminar duas garotas, Rebecca e Tiffani. Quando as duas vão se despedir das outras garotas, Tiffani começa a fazer piadinhas e acaba irritando a apresentadora, Tyra Banks, que ao chamar a atenção da garota, perde o controle e grita, foi demais!
